Flat broke farm was founded in 2005 by Erica Gregory on a 2.5 acre farm in Santa Rosa,CA. Erica knew from a young age she wanted to help animals in need, She was raised in Novato, CA riding horses and training dogs from a young age.
The rescue currently resides in Cotati, CA on 4 acres, it boasts 6 large barns, 7 Pastures, solar system, a round pen for training, indoor heated wash rack, large cattery and soon to be completed veterinary care room.
This magical farm has 10 varieties of fruit trees, 3 different vegetable gardens, 7 kinds of berries and plans for a greenhouse. We compost our manure and grow 65% of our fresh fruits and vegetables for the animals.
